Just Jill’s Chocolates is about finding my passion in life. It’s fitting, then, that I am drawn to this medium which is sweet, delicate, and a guaranteed pleaser.

Just Jill’s was born from my desire to make sweet treats that both excite and invigorate the modern palette. For five years I have learned from 3 Vancouver Chocolatiers and have taken their knowledge and advice and turned that into my own creative style. From conjuring titillating fillings to eye-catching 3D chocolate boxes, I follow what my heart tells me – you know every bite is created with my entire devotion.
